Edward Meldrum

Edward Meldrum FRSE DL was a Scottish chemist and businessperson. He was a partner of James Young in oil and paraffin ventures. Together they created the company Young & Meldrum, and Meldrum also established the independent Glasgow company Meldrum & Co. He lived from 1821 to 13 June 1875.
