Rothschildia jacobaeae, commonly called the Brazilian silk moth, is a moth in the family Saturniidae. It was first described by Francis Walker in 1855 and is endemic to Argentina and Brazil. Its wingspan is 80 to 100 mm. The larvae feed on plants from several families, including Ilex paraguariensis, Jacaranda species, Ligustrum species, and Cephalanthus glabratus.
