San Antonio

San Antonio is a city in southern Texas and the county seat of Bexar County. With 1.43 million people at the 2020 census, it was the seventh-most populous city in the United States. The area was named in 1691, and the city became the first chartered civil settlement in present-day Texas in 1731. It has five 18th-century Spanish frontier missions, including the Alamo.
