Andrea Stella

Andrea Stella is an Italian engineer and motorsport executive. Born and raised in Orvieto, he studied aerospace and mechanical engineering at Sapienza University of Rome. He joined Ferrari in 2000 and worked as race engineer for Kimi Räikkönen and Fernando Alonso. Stella joined McLaren in 2015 and became its Formula One team principal in 2023. Under his leadership, McLaren won the World Constructors' Championship in 2024 and 2025.
