Norbert Mao

Norbert Mao is a Ugandan political activist and lawyer. He has been president of the Democratic Party since 2010, has been a three-time presidential candidate, and served as Local Council 5 chairman for Gulu District. Since 21 July 2022, he has served as Uganda's minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs, having been appointed by President Yoweri Museveni.
