Deoxyguanosine kinase (EC 2.7.1.113) is an enzyme that transfers a phosphate group from adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to deoxyguanosine. The reaction produces adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and deoxyguanosine monophosphate. It is a phosphotransferase with an alcohol group as acceptor, and its systematic name is ATP:deoxyguanosine 5'-phosphotransferase. The enzyme has been found in calf thymus and mouse.
