Cocarde was a 40-gun Cocarde-class frigate of the French Navy. Launched at Saint Malo in 1794 as Cocarde nationale, she was renamed Cocarde in 1796. She took part in the Battle of Groix and the Expédition d'Irlande, captured the American armed merchant ship Rufus in 1799, and served in the Caribbean in 1802. Damage from beachings led to her being broken up in 1803.
