The Berlin-Blankenheim railway, also called the Wetzlarer Bahn, is a railway line in Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Built between 1877 and 1882, it formed part of the Kanonenbahn between Berlin and Metz. The line originally ran via Bad Belzig, Güsten and Sandersleben to Blankenheim. The Wiesenburg-Güsten section has been closed since 2004, and only the Berlin-Wiesenburg section is electrified.
