LazyTown is an Icelandic children's television series created by and starring aerobics champion Magnús Scheving as Sportacus. Originally produced in English, it combines live action, puppetry and computer animation and was designed to encourage healthy lifestyles. Based on Scheving's stage play Áfram Latibær!, the series ran for four seasons and 78 episodes. It was broadcast internationally in dozens of languages, and also produced spin-offs including stage productions and LazyTown Extra.
