Zdzisław I was a 12th-century Archbishop of Gniezno, Poland. He held the archbishopric from before 26 April 1177 until after 28 March 1181. He witnessed a document for Lubiąż Abbey in 1177, presided over an Easter assembly in 1179, and took part in a convention of Polish bishops and barons organized by Casimir II the Just in 1180. His death date is unknown, but was probably in the 1180s.
