Wakanda
Wakanda, officially the Kingdom of Wakanda and later the Intergalactic Empire of Wakanda, is a fictional country in Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, it first appeared in Fantastic Four #52 in July 1966. It is located in East Africa on Earth and on Wakanda-Prime in outer space. T'Challa, the Black Panther, is usually portrayed as its monarch. Wakanda also appears in Marvel Cinematic Universe films.
