Bruno Sutkus, also known in Lithuanian as Bronius Sutkus, was a Lithuanian-German sniper who served with the German Army's 68th Infantry Division on the Eastern Front during World War II. He was credited with 209 kills, each recorded in a sniper's book and subject to observer confirmation and battalion commander authentication. After the Soviet Union dissolved, he lectured Lithuanian soldiers and showed his wartime records to Lithuanian officers.
