Lasiodora parahybana is a tarantula from north-eastern Brazil, commonly called the Brazilian salmon pink bird-eating tarantula, salmon pink, or LP. It is considered the fourth largest tarantula in the world, after three species in the genus Theraphosa. Cândido Firmino de Mello-Leitão described it in 1917 in Paraíba, where it is endemic. It is kept as a pet in the tarantula hobby.
