Miriam Weeks, known professionally as Belle Knox, is an American former pornographic film actress. She began performing in pornography in 2013 while studying at Duke University to help pay tuition. Her work became publicly known on campus later that year, after which she faced in-person and online harassment. Knox has defended her decision to perform, discussed feminism and sex workers' rights, and linked her experience to rising higher education costs in the United States.
