NGC 6027 is an interacting peculiar lenticular galaxy in the constellation Serpens, about 190 million light-years (58 Mpc) away. Classified as type S0 pec, it is the primary and brightest galaxy in Seyfert's Sextet, also known as HCG 79, a compact interacting group of galaxies. Its apparent visual magnitude is 14.7.
