Henry Ford was an American industrialist and business magnate who founded the Ford Motor Company in 1903. He is credited with helping make automobiles affordable for middle-class Americans through Fordism, and the 1908 Model T is credited with changing transportation and American industry. Ford also promoted antisemitism in the 1920s through The Dearborn Independent and The International Jew. He transferred company control to Henry Ford II in 1945.
