Ethiopia, officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, is a landlocked country in the Horn of Africa. Its capital and largest city is Addis Ababa. The country borders Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia, Kenya, South Sudan and Sudan. Ethiopia is a multi-ethnic state with over 80 ethnic groups, and Christianity is its most widely professed faith. It is a founding member of the United Nations and hosts the headquarters of the African Union Commission.
