PS Pegasus was a sea-going paddle steamer launched at Glasgow, Scotland, in December 1836. Owned by the Hull & Leith Steam Packet Company, she operated weekly between Hull and Leith. The vessel sank after striking a rock near the Farne Islands on 20 July.
