Humboldt's squirrel monkey (Saimiri cassiquiarensis) is a species of squirrel monkey found in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela. Previously treated as a subspecies of the common squirrel monkey, it was elevated to species status following a 2009 genetic study.
