The Igreja de São Roque, or Church of Saint Roch, is a Catholic church in Lisbon, Portugal. Built in the 16th century, it was the earliest Jesuit church in the Portuguese world and served as the Society of Jesus's home church in Portugal for over 200 years. It survived the 1755 Lisbon earthquake relatively unscathed. The church is now part of the Lisbon Holy House of Mercy and includes Baroque chapels, notably the Chapel of St. John the Baptist.
