The Austin Freeway was an automobile developed by BMC Australia from the British Austin A60 Cambridge. Introduced in 1962, it was sold as a four-door sedan and five-door station wagon under the Austin name. It used a locally built 2433 cc six-cylinder Blue Streak engine. A revised Freeway Mk II appeared in October 1964, but declining sales led to discontinuation in 1965 after approximately 27,000 vehicles were built.
