USS Fullam (DD-474) was a Fletcher-class destroyer that served in the United States Navy during World War II. It was named for Rear Admiral William Fullam, who lived from 1855 to 1926. The ship was launched at Boston Navy Yard on 16 April 1942 and commissioned on 2 March 1943. Mariana F. Welch, a granddaughter of Rear Admiral Fullam, sponsored its launch.
