NGC 4475 is a spiral galaxy in Coma Berenices. It is also classified as an infrared source and an emission-line galaxy. Its velocity relative to the cosmic microwave background is 7,681±20 km/s. A Hubble distance of 369.5 ± 25.9 million light-years is given, while 12 non-redshift measurements provide a closer mean distance of 327.60 ± 10.87 million light-years. William Herschel discovered it on 11 April 1785.
