Borderline is a 1981 vertically scrolling shooter maze game developed and published by Sega for Japanese arcades. Players control a jeep and destroy enemy refineries across four stages with differing gameplay. It was distributed in North America by Sega/Gremlin and in Europe by Karateco. Later in 1981, Sega reissued it as Star Raker with slightly altered graphics. It was converted for the Atari 2600 as Thunderground and ported to the SG-1000.
