The indigo-banded kingfisher, Ceyx cyanopectus, is a bird species in the family Alcedinidae. It is endemic to the Philippines, where it occurs on Luzon, Mindoro, Masbate and in the Western Visayas region. It lives along streams in tropical moist lowland forest. Its population is declining because of habitat loss and degradation. Some authorities divide it into separate northern and southern species.
