Sims Creek is a 4.7-mile-long tributary of the Tangipahoa River in the 8th Ward of Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. It flows from near Robert and is joined by P-Kaw-Shun Creek before passing under LA 445 and reaching the Tangipahoa River south of Robert. Part of the Lake Pontchartrain Basin, it is sensitive to that basin's ecology. A 2007 Louisiana legal opinion addressed public drainage access across the creek.
