The 2001 Falkland Islands general election was held on Thursday, 22 November 2001. It elected members of the Legislative Council by universal suffrage using block voting, with Chief Executive Michael Blanch serving as Chief Counting Officer. It took place alongside a referendum on merging Stanley and the Camp into one proportional representation constituency. Although the Democratic Association considered fielding candidates, every candidate stood as a nonpartisan.
