Lady Cockburn and Her Three Eldest Sons is a 1775 oil-on-canvas family portrait by Joshua Reynolds. It depicts Lady Cockburn with her first three sons. Reynolds began the work in 1773 and drew on elements of Velázquez's Toilet of Venus and Anthony van Dyck's Charity. The painting was bequeathed to London's National Gallery in 1906. It is among the few paintings signed by Reynolds, whose signature and the year 1775 appear on Lady Cockburn's dress.
