Sheffield-Simplex was a British manufacturer of cars and motorcycles, operating from 1907 to 1920. It was based in Sheffield, Yorkshire, and Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. The company received financial backing from Earl Fitzwilliam, an aristocrat and coal magnate. Its early cars continued the Brotherhood-Crocker line, and a new factory was built at Tinsley in Sheffield.
