Olivier Elzer is a French chef recognised for work in France and Hong Kong. Gault Millau named him among France's top 22 best young chefs in 2007. He has worked as head chef at Pierre at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, and created Seasons by Olivier E, L'Envol and Clarence. L'Envol, established in 2018, has two Michelin stars.
