The B-class submarines were a class of six submarines built for the Spanish Navy between 1917 and 1926. They were the first submarines built in Spain during the 20th century and entered service from 1922 to 1926. All six served with the Spanish Republican Navy during the Spanish Civil War, when two were lost. Francoist Spain controlled the surviving submarines after the war, but they did not enter postwar operational service.
