David Goggins

David Goggins is an American motivational speaker, athlete and author. A former United States Air Force JTAC and retired United States Navy SEAL, he competes in ultramarathon running, ultra-distance cycling and triathlon. He was inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame in 2019 for achievements in sport and service in the United States Armed Forces. His memoir, Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds, was a New York Times Best Seller.
