Alice Cooper

Alice Cooper, born Vincent Damon Furnier, is an American singer and songwriter whose career has spanned six decades. Originally the name of a Phoenix, Arizona band, Alice Cooper became Furnier's legal name after the group disbanded in 1975. As a solo artist, he began with the concept album Welcome to My Nightmare. His music and stage shows combine hard rock and other styles with horror-influenced props, illusions, and theatrical presentation.
