Desert sand

Desert sand is a very light, weakly saturated reddish yellow color associated with the coloration of sand. It can also be regarded as a deep tone of beige. General Motors used desert sand, with rosewood, as a paint color for early Cadillacs. In 1998 it became a Crayola crayon color. The shown color matches the palest color in the United States Armed Forces 3-color Desert Camouflage Uniform.
