Coconut water

Coconut water, also called coconut juice, is the clear liquid found inside young coconuts, the fruits of the coconut palm. During early coconut development, it acts as a suspension for the endosperm. As the coconut develops, the endosperm enters a cellular phase and deposits into the rind as coconut pulp. Coconut water is widely consumed in tropical countries, sold fresh, chilled, canned, or bottled. In Philippine English, young green coconut water is called buko juice.
