Mario Tennis is a sports video game developed by Camelot Software Planning and published by Nintendo in 2000 for the Nintendo 64. It is the second game in the Mario Tennis series and introduced Waluigi, while reintroducing Princess Daisy and Birdo. A Game Boy Color companion version, with a role-playing story mode, was also developed by Camelot. The Nintendo 64 and Game Boy Color releases later appeared on several Virtual Console and Nintendo Classics services.
