Frenulum breve

Frenulum breve, also called a short frenulum, is a condition in which the frenulum of the penis is too short. The frenulum is an elastic band of tissue under the glans that connects to the foreskin and helps draw it over the glans. When it is too short, it restricts movement of the foreskin. A normal frenulum is long and supple enough to permit full foreskin retraction.
