Molson Coors Beverage Company is a Canadian-American multinational drink and brewing company and the fifth-largest brewer worldwide by beer output. Formed in 2005 through the merger of Molson of Canada and Coors of the United States, it acquired Miller Brewing Company in 2016 for approximately US$12 billion. Its operational headquarters serve the Americas from Chicago and EMEA from Prague, while its principal executive offices are in Golden, Colorado, and Montréal, Québec.
