Ville de Paris was a French Navy ship of the line launched in 1764 with 90 guns. A 1779 refit added 14 guns. During the American Revolutionary War, she served as the flagship of Admiral François Joseph Paul de Grasse. Captured by the Royal Navy at the Battle of the Saintes in 1782, she later sank in the 1782 Central Atlantic hurricane while being transported to England.
