Sturer Emil was an experimental German self-propelled anti-fortification gun of the Second World War. Based on the Henschel VK 30.01 (H) chassis, it carried a Rheinmetall 12.8 cm Kanone 40 L/61 gun in an open-topped fighting compartment. Two vehicles were built and served on the Eastern Front. One was lost in 1942, while the other was captured at Stalingrad in January 1943 and is displayed at the Kubinka Tank Museum.
