Micropenis

Micropenis, also called microphallus, is a medical term for an unusually small penis. A common criterion is a dorsal penile length at least 2.5 standard deviations below the mean for age. The condition is usually recognized shortly after birth. The term is generally used when the penis, scrotum, and perineum are otherwise unambiguous. Traditionally, microphallus refers to micropenis with hypospadias.
