The Kia Picanto is a city car produced by the South Korean manufacturer Kia since 2003. It is also sold under names including Kia Morning, Kia EuroStar, Kia New Morning, Naza Suria and Naza Picanto in certain markets. The Picanto is primarily manufactured at the Donghee joint-venture plant in Seosan, South Korea. It was developed to comply with South Korea's light car category, which provides tax incentives for qualifying vehicle dimensions.
