Lindsey Halligan is an American attorney who worked in insurance law and became a partner at Cole, Scott & Kissane in 2018. She joined Donald Trump's legal team in 2022 and worked on litigation related to the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago. In 2025, she served in White House roles and was named interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. A federal judge later struck down her appointment.
