Beauty Revealed is an 1828 watercolor self-portrait miniature by Sarah Goodridge. Painted on ivory, it depicts the artist's bared breasts, framed by white cloth, in a cropped frontal view that anonymizes the sitter. Goodridge gave the work to statesman Daniel Webster after the death of his wife. The painting was acquired by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in 2006 and has been interpreted as erotica and as an expression of confident sexuality.
