Julio César Urías Acosta, nicknamed “El Culichi”, is a Mexican former professional baseball pitcher. Signed by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2012, he made his Major League Baseball debut in 2016. He led the National League in wins in 2021 and earned run average in 2022, and was named to the All-MLB Second Team in both years. In September 2023, MLB placed him on administrative leave following his second arrest for domestic violence.
