Harry Frost was a New Zealand rugby union forward who played one match for the All Blacks in 1896 against Queensland. He also played for Canterbury. Frost became a long-term sports administrator with the NZRFU and, in 1939, was the first New Zealand representative to become a life member. Born in Riccarton, Christchurch, he died in Auckland. Frost Road in Mount Roskill, Auckland, was named after him.
