Vitskøl Abbey, also called Vitskøl Kloster, is a former Cistercian monastery near Ranum in Himmerland, Region Nordjylland, Denmark. Its Latin name, Vitae Schola, means "school of life". The monastery was active from the mid-12th century until 1563 and is described as one of the oldest existing monastic complexes in northern Europe.
