The 2002 Insight Bowl was the 14th edition of the Insight Bowl, which had previously been called the Copper Bowl and the Insight.com Bowl. It matched the University of Pittsburgh Panthers against the Oregon State University Beavers. Pittsburgh won 38–13 after leading 10–10 at halftime. Rod Rutherford threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score, while Shawn Robinson returned a punt 66 yards for a touchdown.
