Phoebe is a Titaness in ancient Greek religion and mythology, born to Uranus and Gaia. A goddess of intellect and prophecy, she and her brother and husband Coeus had Leto and Asteria. Phoebe was the grandmother of Apollo, Artemis and Hecate. Myth credits her with owning the Delphi oracle site before giving it to Apollo.
