Getting help

To help us answer fast, tell us:

• your player name;
• what you were doing, on which page, and roughly when (with your time zone);
• any error message, and the auction link if Kosmo or cards are involved.

Never send us a sign-in link or forward a sign-in email. Anyone with a valid link can sign in as you. We will never ask for one.

A card is wrong

Use Report on the card page to flag wrong text, a wrong family or a bad picture. It goes straight to our moderators.

Your data

Download your data or delete your account yourself in Settings. For anything else, write to us on X (Twitter). See Privacy.

Security issues

If you find a vulnerability, send us a direct message on X (Twitter) that starts with "Security", and give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it. Please don't access other players' data or disrupt the game while testing.
